The design of the resident swimming program is to develop aspiring swimmers and to teach them how to approach the many variables of competitive swimming. Our goal is to give the swimmer the basic building blocks for individual personal awareness. For example, we help the swimmer to define the essential basic structures common for personal success in swimming and to apply these structures to the demands of personal success.
